Incentives Manager Plus is a radical departure from the "standard" incentives compensation solution. CSL's advanced algorithms and database design, founded on 15 years of Global analytics experience, provide a powerful combination of speed, flexibility in plan design, and execution. Total accuracy is achieved using CSL's advanced data engine and experienced consultants (All USA based). All data is imported in its native form by the CSL data engine, and is quality-checked using both automated and experienced consultant methods to get the best results.

The whole process can be managed as a service by CSL, with access to the software and visual interfaces by the client. CSL gives you remote access to all of your plan details, so that you know where you are at all stages of the production cycle.

Publication can be completed within a working day for even the largest sales forces (10,000 users plus), and in minutes for smaller sales forces.

Incentives Manager Plus is accessed via a Web Portal managed by CSL. Most users log in securely to view incentive statements, and power users in Business Operations may log in to design and modity plans.
