The corporate competency model is displayed in an intuitive grid format with columns for each time a manager works with and observes a sales person’s performance. Easy to understand “traffic lighting” of performance levels makes tracking performance and setting objectives an intuitive and rapid process

Sharing Information
All the information captured and recorded in eCoach is shared with the manager and sales person, and also with any other individuals who are involved in the achievement of objectives. This is achieved automatically by a synchronization process.
